YoGo-Amp'd© is a much faster paced class than Gentle Yoga. The class combines Vinyasa (flow-style) Yoga plus cardio intervals, and hand weights to amp up your metabolism. Burn calories, increase CORE strength, and enhance agility and balance. Add some Hip Hop and a few Kick Boxing moves, this workout will leave you feeling, trim, toned, and terrific. |
